Roofing Services in Maryland — Built to Outlast the Weather

Your roof takes the worst Maryland can throw at it: July heat, ice dams in February, and the windstorms in between. When it starts to fail, you don’t need a salesman in your driveway — you need a licensed contractor who will tell you honestly whether you need a repair or a replacement.

AmeriPro Remodeling has been protecting Maryland homes since 2010. We hold MHIC license #108556, carry $2M in liability coverage, and back every roof we touch with a 10-year workmanship warranty in writing.

What We Do

Roof Replacement

Full tear-off and replacement with architectural asphalt shingles, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys, and new flashing throughout. Most homes are done in 1–2 days, with magnetic nail sweeps of your yard every evening.

Roof Repair

Missing shingles, nail pops, cracked pipe boots, leaking valleys, chimney flashing. If a repair will buy your roof another five years, we’ll tell you — we don’t upsell replacements that aren’t needed.

Storm & Wind Damage

We document damage properly (photos, measurements, dated reports) so your insurance claim goes smoothly, then restore the roof to better-than-before condition. We work with your adjuster, not around them.

Flat & Low-Slope Roofs

EPDM and TPO membrane systems for additions, porches, and low-slope sections — the detail work where most leaks are born.

Gutters & Ventilation

Seamless gutters, oversized downspouts, ridge and soffit ventilation balanced to your attic’s actual square footage. Poor ventilation kills shingles a decade early; we fix the cause, not just the symptom.

Our Process

  1. Free roof inspection. We get on the roof and in the attic — not just a drone photo from the street. You get photos of what we find, good and bad.
  2. Honest recommendation. Repair or replace, with a fixed price for each path. Every line itemized. No “storm chaser” pressure tactics.
  3. Build. One crew, one project manager, permits pulled — 100% of our projects are permitted and inspected.
  4. Walkthrough & warranty. Final inspection together, full site cleanup, and your 10-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Roofing FAQ

How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?

Age is the biggest factor. Asphalt roofs last 20–25 years in Maryland. If yours is under 15 and the damage is localized, repair usually wins. Past 20 years with widespread granule loss or curling — replacement is the better investment. We’ll show you photos and let the roof make the argument.

How much does a roof replacement cost in Maryland?

Most single-family replacements we do run $9,000–$22,000 depending on size, pitch, layers to tear off, and material. You’ll get an exact fixed price after inspection — and it won’t change mid-project.

Do you handle the permit?

Always. Every AmeriPro project is permitted and passes county inspection. It’s included in your price.

Will my insurance cover storm damage?

If the damage is from a covered event — often yes. We document everything and meet your adjuster on site. What we won’t do is inflate claims or “waive deductibles” — those schemes are illegal in Maryland and the contractors offering them disappear when the warranty call comes.

How long does the work take?

Repairs: usually one visit. Full replacement: 1–2 days on site for most homes.
