Anyone can roll paint on a wall. The difference between a paint job that looks sharp for two years and one that looks sharp for ten is everything that happens before the lid comes off: the washing, the scraping, the sanding, the caulking, the priming.
That prep-first approach is how AmeriPro Remodeling paints. Licensed (MHIC #108556), insured, family-run since 2010 — and every painting project carries the same 10-year workmanship warranty we put on our remodels.
Painting Services
Interior Painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, built-ins, and cabinets. Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, outlet covers off (not painted around), crisp cut lines without tape ridges. Low-VOC premium paints standard — your house is livable the same evening.
Exterior Painting
Power wash, scrape, sand, spot-prime bare wood, caulk every gap, then two finish coats of premium exterior acrylic. We paint when the weather window is right — not when the schedule says so — because exterior paint cures properly only in the right conditions.
Cabinet Refinishing
The biggest kitchen transformation per dollar there is. Doors and drawers sprayed in our controlled setup for a factory-smooth finish, frames hand-finished on site. A fraction of the cost of new cabinets.
Drywall Repair & Skim Coating
Cracks, water stains, popcorn ceiling removal, and full skim coats. Paint can’t hide bad walls — so we fix the walls first.
Whole-Home Repaints
Moving in, selling, or just done with builder-beige? One crew, one schedule, every room — typically 4–8 days for a full interior.
Why Our Paint Jobs Last
- We never skip prep. It’s 60% of our labor hours on purpose.
- Premium paint only. Sherwin-Williams Duration, Emerald, and equivalent lines — products with real warranties behind them.
- Real protection. Floors, furniture, landscaping, walkways — covered before the first can opens.
- Clean crews, daily. Tools staged neatly, site swept every evening.
- 10-year workmanship warranty. If our prep fails — peeling, bubbling, flaking — we come back and make it right.
Painting FAQ
How much does interior painting cost in Maryland?
Typical rooms run $400–$1,200 each depending on size, ceiling height, and trim work. Whole-home interiors usually land between $4,500 and $12,000. Exact fixed price after a free walkthrough.
How much does exterior painting cost?
Most Maryland single-family homes run $5,500–$15,000 depending on size, siding material, and how much prep the surface needs. We quote fixed prices — the scraping doesn’t cost extra when we find more of it.
When is the best season for exterior painting in Maryland?
Late April through October, with temperatures steadily above 50°F overnight. We schedule exterior work inside that window and won’t paint over damp or chalky surfaces just to hit a date.
Do you paint kitchen cabinets or only replace them?
We do both — painting/refinishing through this service, full replacement through our kitchen remodeling team. If your boxes are solid, refinishing saves 60–70% versus new cabinets.
Are your painters employees or subs?
Our crews work under AmeriPro supervision with our project manager checking every stage — the same accountability as our remodels. One company, one warranty, one phone number.
