The workhorse of modern Maryland homes: 100% waterproof, kid-proof, dog-proof, and beautiful. Perfect for kitchens, basements, and whole-main-level installs. We use quality underlayment and proper expansion gaps so it stays quiet and flat.

How much does flooring installation cost in Maryland?
Installed prices we see most often: LVP $7–$12/sq ft, engineered hardwood $10–$16/sq ft, solid hardwood $12–$20/sq ft, tile $14–$25/sq ft — all including materials and prep. Your proposal is a fixed price, not an estimate that drifts.
Which flooring is best for Maryland basements?
LVP or tile. Maryland basements move moisture even when they feel dry — solid hardwood doesn’t belong below grade. We moisture-test the slab before recommending anything.
Can you match my existing hardwood?
Usually yes — species, width, and stain matching, then blending new into old (lacing) so the addition doesn’t announce itself with a transition strip.
Do I have to move my own furniture?
No. Furniture moving is built into our proposals. Appliances, electronics, and that gigantic sectional included.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes — tear-out and haul-away are line items in your fixed price. No mystery dumpster fees at the end.
