Do you use subcontractors? +
Never. Every worker on your project is a full-time AmeriPro employee. No strangers from a labor app, no subs we’ve never worked with.
Do you pull permits? +
Yes, always. We pull permits for every project that requires them. No shortcuts, ever. Unpermitted work creates liability at resale.
What is your minimum project size? +
$20,000. This isn’t a gatekeeping threshold — it’s about ensuring we can do the job right. Below that, we can’t dedicate the crew and time that produces our standard of work.
How long does a bathroom remodel take? +
Standard full bathroom remodel: 2–4 weeks. Tub-to-shower conversion: 5–8 days. Master bathroom with custom tile: 4–6 weeks. You receive a written schedule on Day 1.
How long does a kitchen remodel take? +
4–8 weeks for a standard gut remodel. Projects with structural work (open concept conversion) run 6–10 weeks. Permit approval in MD typically takes 3–5 weeks before we start.
Do you offer financing? +
Yes. We work with LightStream for home improvement financing — competitive rates, no home equity required, approval in minutes. Ask us for details at your consultation.
Are you licensed and insured in Maryland? +
Yes. We hold Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC) license #108556 and carry full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We’re happy to provide proof at any time.
Will Aleks personally be on my project? +
Yes. Aleks personally manages every project AmeriPro takes on — from the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough. This is what “owner-operated” actually means.
